This week we closed escrow selling our townhouse condominium in San Marin Valley in Novato. We couldn’t be happier to complete the transaction and do so with Maria’s guidance and effort at every step of the way.

And once an offer was received she expertly processed the complex paperwork and calmly dealt with multiple rounds of questions received from the buyer during his due diligence before releasing contingencies.
